I blew up the picture....I am pretty certain that that scooter is a 422 lb HONDA FORZA.....missing a good bit of the front facia panel.
This scoot has very good headlights. Twin low & twin high beams....and a pair of largish amber front running lights.

Two people made a big mistake here.
Absolutely tragic.

Yes it looks like a forza.
This will play out as too much speed and a lack of concentration. We see a lot of scooter accidents but it's rare for the scooter to do the hitting.

Very sad for all involved.
