I JUST NOTICE THAT MY LICENCE PLATE ON MY SUPER 9 IS SMALLER THEN THE ONE THAT THEY USE ON A MOTOCYCLE....I WONDER ARE THE 150CC AND UP HAVE THE SAME SMALLER PLATE

Here in Oregon, motorcycle and moped plate are the same moped just says"MP".

Scooter just like motorcycle in TX. Rule in TX to be moped, can't go over 30mph, or motorcycle rules apply. I see lots of conflicting/ misleading info, but that's the rule, so that's what I do. I think TX has maybe the most restrictive scooter rules anywhere. To be legal I have it properly registered and inspected, have liability insurance, have motorcycle license, so no worries if get stopped. Even if moped, you are supposed to have driver's license with M endorsement (moped).

The class is determined by the range of the vehicle's top speed.
Class A, over 30-40 mph...MUST HAVE ML....Driver license
Class B, over 20-30 mph .....NO ML,,,,,,,,Driver license
.Class C, 20 mph or less ...NO ML,,,,,,,,,Driver license
Driver license
I CHECKED TODAY AND FOUND OUT THAT THE PLATES ARE THE SAME SIZE....IT WAS THE SUPER 9 PLATE HOLDER THAT WAS SMALLER..I GUESS MADE TO HOLD PLATES FORM ASIA
