Title: Air Box Drain (puke tube)
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on April 08, 2015, 11:45:13 PM
Removed the plug on my air box drain tube yesterday as I was changing the oil. A lot of liquid came out. Checked the airfilter and it looks like new (7750 miles), not wet. Not sure where that stuff in the 'puke tube' comes from - but it does not seem to have an entrance to my paper filter.
Seems to be in the plastic behind my filter chamber.
In any event - check your drain a little more often ---- !
