Hey all
I am a new owner off the agility 200i, so fare i have driven like 60 km on it so not so fare, what i am thinking is " How to tune it " ??
i have talked to the shops mecanic, on what to do, due to its relativ new in denmark they dont know alot to it, what i was thinking was removing the catalist exhaust, and replace it whit one with out catalist???
Anybody in here know if thats posibel?? or have and idea for pulling a few more horsepowers out of it??

You must be outside of the United States. Kymco does not sell the Agility 200 here at this time. Your probably in Asia. Let us know where you are from.

There is a fella here that upgraded his exhaust on a Fuel Injected Kymco.
He ran into hesitation problems, and eventually went back to an OEM pipe.
It MAY be due to injector size. (that's what I suspect). If I had a FI bike, the first three things I would do would be to get a larger injector, a better pipe, and open up the intake system for more air.
Basically get more air/fuel in, and out.
Next would be lighter rollers in the variator between 2 - 4 grams lighter.
This is pretty much universal for all our scooters. Keep posting, and let us know what you do, and how it works out.

I am no expert - but that does not stop many of us from offering our advice: I have never read anywhere that replacing the stock exhaust system on a 4 stroke scooter with an after-market exhaust has ever added anything but noise to the scooter.
In other words: after market 'pipes' do not increase the power, speed or performance of an otherwise stock 4 stroke scooter. They just make it louder....and some even talk of getting tired of the noise and decide to put the stock exhaust back on. Do they regret spending hundreds of $ on the useless "performance exhaust" - probably - will they admit this? Not often.
IMHO: take that same $ and buy better/safer high visibility riding gear or better tires.
If you want more noise while you ride - try yodelling.

Yes in Denmark we drink :P i will post what will be done and if it Works. No i dont want it to be more louder, then i cant here the music in my ears. I talked to my mecanic and he will look ad it and see what can be done, but feel free to come with advices.

how about the gasolin? is it worth the Money upgrading from 95 to 98?

Dr. Puller sliders @ 2 gram lighter, and a Malossi Control spring in the rear pulleys is the best bang for the buck modification.

Will the motor parts from a peoble 200i gt fit the agility 200i?

Look at the case number. It is stamped on the left lower side of the engine.
Then you can compare the two on line by looking up the other one.
I think the people is a 163cc engine but I forget.

That's what I was gonna say, you need to find out what generation "200" motor they used, 4 valve? If its the same as the s200 / like 200 motor your can use the gy6 Dr. Pulley variator, and sliders. About $125 here in the us idk about Denmark. I don't know as much about the people 200i motor if that's the one they used for the agility 200. If you're mechanic can get the variator out (if he can't take it somewhere else lol) have him measure the rollers, if they are 18x14mm you can order the Dr pulley variator. Unless you want to spend a TON of money, leave the engine stock and spend a couple hundred on variator, weights, and a slightly stiffer contra spring and clutch springs. Once you get 1500km switch to full synthetic oil and remember to be easy on your scooter for the first 500-1000km while it's breaking I'm. I think the reason the exhaust didn't work too well on the efi Kymco is because the stock throttle body it's VERY small, for good fuel mileage. It cannot compensate for the increase in fuel flow. It would be cool to do a larger throttle body, but kymco Tb is attached to the ecu and it would be $$$$ to change it.

the scooter has now had its fist service, and they said they didt know what to do to tune it, "great mecanic" NOT!!!!!
