Looks like maybe one of your carbs is leaking gas and discoloring the aluminum.

Is that the Tach drive? It could be engine oil coming from the seal or gasket.

Sup Zombie,

Not sure, but it doesn't leak no more once I rode it after...I don't know why this is happening to me ever since I took it to the shop to get my overheat indicator light check...Now this happen...hmmm, I wonder what is going on.  But, I'm gonna talk to the dealer services and see what they can do.  I want them to fully check it out  ;D

The issues could be related. High temps will force fluids out of seals, and gaskets.

Hopefully they will spend the time needed to sort it out.

Ask them to do some IR temp readings, and show you the results.
If they say HUH?  Find another service guy.

Is this a liquid cooled scoot?

Water cooled 249cc twin.
The radiator is thet big square thing above the front tire mounted on the frame.

You should D'Load the service manual to get to know your girl a little better. Less problems that way.

It's here in sever section. D'load all of them...

AWESOME!  Thanks Zombie,

Yeah, I would love to learn about my bike and work on it, but I can't right now, due to renting a room so I don't have the space to work on it.  But I can do small things though =).  This service manual will definitely help me out though...THANKS!

BTW, it seems like it is my coolant leaking...check it out the other day and its coming from the hose where the clamp is at...There might be a rip on the end of the hose of the clamp, so imma gonna get that fix.  ;D

well done looks like you have found the problem, i have moved to British Columbia... the insurance here is sick and the road speed limit is perfect for a 250... but the thing is they do not sale them here. otherwise i would buy one in a heart beat due to the lower insurance costs....
I am going to get a 750 shadow spirit... but still looking out for venox.

Sup everyone,  So...I check for leaks on my coolant and notice that it still drips....I encounter this one.  When I push it in & out (^_^) coolant will come out...Do I have to get it seal?

So i look at the service manual and it is  the Outlet Cupreous Iron Pipe.

THANKS!

There should be a o-ring between the pipe and the housing, maybe the pipe is not set into the groove. maybe its just went over a bit, maybe pull it until it clicks into the rubber groove.
