I did search and didn't find anyone using Arrow pipe. It's a clamshell, which makes it cheaper to manufacture, but I like it's looks and price. I have some experience with clamshell pipes. I raced a Rotax FR125 kart engine for several years and it uses a very large clamshell pipe. It worked very well and was tough.
Ebay listing says good on '07 to '13 People 50, but I think all years People 50 are the same?

It'll fit all years of people 50. I've used one arrow pipe it looks good and sounded nice.

Arrow made one of the best pipes available in the early 2000's. I'm not so sure about the aluminum versions now...
I ran one on my Maico (stainless) that added soo much power, it felt like a different bike
