Title: Maintenance Record Page?

Anyone have a blank KYMCO - MAINTENANCE RECORD page (pg 50 in the LIKE200i owner's manual) they'd be willing to share??
If so, could you photo or scan it, and post the picture. I could print it out and paste into my manual.

Filled the last line in my manual today with a gear oil change.
7100 miles - but in "urgent care" for the past 4.5 mos.

Stig,

I created a spreadsheet that tracks my mpg and service. That way I can sync it with all my devices.

I just use one of those black and white composition books for maintenance and repair records.
