Title: oil light comes on when revving

Just cleaned the jets on my carb, reconnected my electric choke and reassembled everything.  Now my oil light comes on when i rev the engine.  What did i do!?! Ihave also recently added a little more oil.  Help!!

Is your battery dead? Do you have to kick start it? If the battery is dead it'll trip the oil light circuit out.

Iacted hastily.  I had also taken off the front plastic today,  disconnected and reconnected the head light.  The connection had some corrosion that i disturbed. I took it back apart and cleaned it,  reconnected,  now everything is fine.  Not only the oil light was lighting up but the turn signals would too.  I'm not very familiar with the electrical side. I find that odd.

the oil light comes on for a little while when cold but always turns off after a few seconds
