Title: My new Agility keeps dieing then restarts when cold

I have just purchased my new 2009 Agility 125 delivered with zero milage.... love it but it keeps dieing of petrol starvation !!!!! ??? (my interpretation of the problem) it just dies after about 2 km then once it goes cold it fires up again no problem ......................... 2 more Kms and the same problem ................ does it have a fuel filter .... or has anybody had the same problem.....??? would love to drive it more than 2 kms

nO OFFENSE, tHE DEALER SHOULD HANDLE THIS ONE. Just about EVERY system on your scoot could produce these symptoms. If you take it to the dealer we would all like to here what they have to say! (who's we Kimosabe') You will find Kymco USA/ UK/ wherever has one of the BEST support crews in the scooter market. They are working VERY hard to build a reliable, competitive scoot. Dealers on the other hand have family's to support! You should be fine w/ a few phone calls. Hey by the way... wELCOME aBOARD!
