Post by: zombie on October 11, 2009, 04:44:39 AM: Stadium Yamaha is a good resource. Depending where you live, and which carb you have you may be able to walk to the corner shop and pick one up. I assume though you would have if you could have. Try them... Jets are only a couple of bucks and can get to you pretty quick via usps.

Post by: grade_A_gility on October 22, 2009, 12:47:04 AM: my current mods right now is: cdi unit, boss face, 5.5 grams rollers. My next project is to install a bigger main jet #85 and install a leo vince hand made exhaust 7473.
I'm a little concerned about the size of the jet. I'm not sure if #85 will be big enough to accommodate the new exhaust.

..I ordered mine from the K&N website...probably will need a 100-105 jet..

..check out the Agility 50 board for many helpful hints on tuning your carb after an air filter upgrade...

..Shaka can advise you on doing plug chops, which are highly necessary...

What is your weight and top speed?

I get 45 on the flats with the variator bushing, cut cdi, Dr ps slider weights, and bigger jet. Unfortunately, when I got someone to put on the derestrict kit that the dealer gave me, I knew nothing about jet sizes, so I have no idea what my jet is now. I haven't wanted to go through the trouble to find out.

I'm very curious what you have done to your agility and what speeds your getting!

Post by: Shaka on November 22, 2009, 11:37:13 PM: Dirtyd- I know that Slinger doesn't have a big bore kit. I'm pretty sure he has the full list under one of these threads. I believe it's most transmission tuning. Malossi variatior, small clutch springs, main clutch spring, bigger carb jet & air filter. Other than that I know he changes the oil often and adjusts the valves. I'm sure he will post with the details!
