Hi there ,i found this mod part for downtown 300 seat and would like to share with the forum members  :)

Did you click the vid?
 It's a simple extension that allows for vertical opening of the seat. It's a slight bit more than the near vertical offered from the factory.
You get an extra few inches for a mere 29.99. Don't let the Mrs. see it or you will be spending that money.
