i have heard that you can cut the wire in the cdi but i do not know how
also the washer in the variator which i can get done
pictures would help a great deal if possible thanks.

That IS the cdi that takes the purple wire cut. (It may actually be pink in the manual)

If you go to Utube scooter variator, there are 20 or so vids of the same type. There are enough to take the fear factor out of it.

Definitley check them out.  I had no idea how a variator worked or where the rollers were until I watched a few of these videos.  Now I feel comfortable taking one apart and replacing the rollers, which I am ordering tomorrow!

Premnas is a genus of clownfish, as in Premnas biaculeatus, the Yellow or White Striped Maroon Clown.  I used to breed them many years ago.

I use it as a screen name/user name just about everywhere, mainly because it's never taken...

going to cut my cdi in a few...

as far as the variator boss, I bought used and didn't get a goody bag.
The vids ive seen only show removing the washer. 

Is there a "new" boss I need to put in?  Where can I get that?

WOW!!

Just cut the cdi wire and was up to damn near 50 mph indicated. 

thats +10mph over what I was getting.

Everything else is stock too.

Very easy mod.
