Do all Scooter manufactures use the same color code for wiring?

No, that would be the cat's meow in a perfect world. Same with car makers.

Most use green for ground, that's about the only common wire color.

If your lucky green is gound white from the stator.red is hot and back to charge the battery.yellow and blue for lights and horn.

Thanks all. I want to add led side lights and a high tail light/brake light.
