I got a 80cc bore kit and it made riding fun again no problem other than i started geting a short the coil was always getting power so it made it look like i was losing power but all is ok with engine

I had about 3000 miles on my kit before I took my Kymco out of service for some new paint.

Taida makes some good high end kits. Zombie always talked about the eBay power packs that come with everything, crank, exhaust, kit, cam, carb etc. For around $500. Remember install and prep is almost as important as the quality of parts. Do it right and double check everything.

There's not that much difference from one brand to another. A BBK gets you a LOT faster acceleration, but no extra speed. Adding a performance cam and gears in the rear-end will give you more speed. They're not expensive. If you screw it up, you can buy another one. Learn as you go, so to speak!
