Title: KymcoUSA website
Post by: blackhawkfan on July 24, 2014, 07:15:01 PM
I was just checking kymcousa.com and see a number of scooters listed on their non-current models page, including my Super 8.  What's up with that???

Possibly because the new ones are a different version. Hmmm. I sometimes go drool on the Kymco.com Global site at bikes we will never get...... They have some cool small motorcycles, one sort of like the Honda Grom but even cooler.

Take a look at the site, B&L, it's like they put at least half their product line on their non current list.

I seen that tonight also. Makes me wonder if they are reorganizing their lineup for 2015. Is the Super8 a scoot of the past . . . . could be.

They are still making the Super 8. It just got restyled for 2014. 2013 and older had the split headlights and the little faux windshield. The 2014 model has the headlights molded together into one piece, and it no longer has the windshield piece. Mechanically, it's pretty much exactly the same. But since the restyle, our older Super 8's are listed as non-current models.

The 2015 s 8 50 will be four stroke with a similar engine as the agility. Le sigh 😔
