The P250S doesn't have fairing storage (in front of your knees); it does have a hook. Has anyone out there defined a way to integrate (even open top) storage at that locations. It seems almost all scooters have it but for some reason, not the 250S. I have a trunk and yes there is the under seat storage, but I would love a place to put sunglasses and maybe a few non-weather sensitive items at that location. Any thoughts?

Look at Scooterworks...they make a bag that hangs from the luggage hook. I use a GIVI tunnel bag on my Downtown.

I use a cheap $17 backpack from Walmart on my Super8. Works just fine.
Has multiple pockets, and is just big enough for picking up a few groceries or carrying my junk for work.
And while I'm moving, my feet sit on either side and keep it from moving around.

Great suggestions; thanks for your ideas!

If you need SERIOUS storage space, here's how I go do my laundry!! ;D

Also I've found for extra storage, a backpack hangs on the gasket bars perfectly, facing towards you.

If you need more foot room a child's backpack is good.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was initially looking at a kayak bag because of the shape and weather proofing, but it was >$40 so I ended up getting a small lure bag at a yard sale for $2 and just hanging it on the hook. It is big enough to store sunglasses and a few odd items and seems to work well.

I use a backpack also, it works fine.

Heck, now I have to figure out what a gasket bar is.
Is it near the TPS, or subject to issues with bad gas or the coil?!
