Title: Need specifics on how to (thoroughly) drain fuel (including tank) - Agility 125

I need SPECIFIC directions on the best way to get enough of the older fuel out of my Kymco Agility 125 to hopefully get it to restart. I am hoping to not break it down any further than necessary. I know one screw drains the carberator of fuel, though I don't know which one, nor whether that would also drain the tank as I need. Thanks.
