Glad there are good dealers willing it put out videos for the general public warning them about these pieces of crap. Always go with a reputable brand and dealer - you get what you pay for! When I go to Florida every year I see so many Chinese scooters....and have visited a dealer that sells nothing but -
It is hard to tell by looking what you are getting when you write the check.
Some say it is possible to get a decent running Chinese scooter - but probable if you buy a brand name.
And then there's safety of construction...

They "are what they are" . . but if running in extreme heat conditions, it might be prudent to change GY6 engine oil more frequently with a heavier weight (https://youtu.be/_wh7YATMFNY?t=2m15s), monitor cylinder head temperature (http://symforum.com/index.php?topic=2722.0) with an indicator (http://www.trailtech.net/digital-gauges?cat=19), and back off full throttle a little.

Performance fans (http://itistheride.boards.net/thread/5823/scooter-elements-aftermarket-cooling-review?page=1&scrollTo=66354) typically flow LESS air.
