I think this scoot is under priced, but whoever buys it is getting a deal. From the sound of the owner doubt he took good care of the maintenance. It's all there though minus a mirror. That is a pretty banged up 50cc LIKE, it is not a 163cc LIKE200i as stated in the ad.
8000+ miles on a 50 cc scoot that is missing panels and has dropped damage....$650 is probably about right, if it test rides OK.
Perhaps this is at least the second owner, since he knows so little about the scooter?
The maintenance log w/receipts would be an interesting & important question for the buyer to pose.

The "glue the mirror back on", and the kick start got me as well. The front panel has been replaced or repaired at one time. The are no badges on it or side chrome.
