Check for any loose bolts or nuts in the handle bars and front end.

- front wheel out of alignment
- worn wheel bearings
- worn or loose steering bearings

Lock up the front brake, and try to rock the bike in any direction. That may help locate the loose part(s)

Or the tire pressure could be low i deflated my front tire to go off roading and it acted as is the bike had a mind of its own
