I know in Puerto Rico I have seen these People Scooters totally done up. Chrome rims and accessories and aftermarket exhaust and performance parts to bump up the power. ... My question is where to find nice rims and maybe some cosmetic upgrades?

I don't have any right now but i can get some from my friends in Puerto Rico...
