Title: High beams working but low beams not?

Tested with a D/C meter looks like no power is going to the light bulb sockets. is this related to cutting my cdi to derestrict and possibly cutting too deep? Help please

No it is not. Either the switch is bad/dirty, bad wiring connection, bad bulb, or the light control box is bad.
