Title: strange noise

Hi Everyone,

I bought an Kymco S9 AC 2003 2T about two weeks ago,  only used it once yesterday.  After about 10 minutes ride it was making a strange noise.
However when I started the engine today it was OK, but was only running for about 2 minutes on the stand.

Does anyone have any idea what the possible problem is?

That is a sound I have never heard before....maybe the reeds?

Where is the sound coming from on the scoot? If you cant tell try the old garden hose to ear trick (put piece of hose to ear and move around scoot it will help you zone in on the location of the sound).

Thanks for the ideas.  Today I am trying to find out where is the sound coming from.
