Title: no spark.... cdi box makes weird noise...wtf?

hello everyone i just got a kymco 50 2stroke and it was completely taken apart i put it back together and it wouldnt start actually it started but for 2 sec then didnt start again i took the cdi out and then put it back in and it did the same thing started for 2 sec then died and wouldnt start again. took a closer look at the cdi box and i see cracks in it and while its plugged in i hear a really weird high pitch buz i am guessing the cdi is toast but it works for 2 sec then dies which makes me think it could be something else but nothing else is wrong thanks for ur guys help before hand.

Have you tested pulser coil Ohms . . page 15-7 of service manual (https://mega.co.nz/#!QlF3RbzC!Fu7FFm7JIm92zpS91ZPWRxbHyy8pWEjBJjOZYctDsZo)?
