Title: buzzing noise when I turn the key to ON

When I turn the key in my to ON, I hear a buzzing noise. The scooter starts just fine, but the buzzing continues until I turn the key to the OFF position, any ideas what this buzzing is?

I figured it out.. Apparently I had my blinker on so it was buzzing at me.. :/

Buzzer: That would be a handy feature on a scooter - few things worse than discovering you've had your turn signal blinking while riding. Scooter riding is dangerous enough without my doing dumb things like that. Cannot hear the 'ticker' of the signal over traffic noise and with full face helmet cannot see the dash in my field of vision.
