Title: Lowering the seat height of 300i

Is it possible to get a shorter shock to make the seat height of the scooter lower? My friend has a 300i and it's a little tall for them.

Not sure about the shocks (hope others will chime in here) but I have read on this forum about people altering the foam in the seat to lower it an inch or so. I believe they shaved or cut it down just enough to not lose much of the comfort but lower seat level a bit, then recovered it. I'm sure there are some motorcycle shops who could customize a seat. Not sure which would be more work, messing with the seat or changing out the shocks....
