Title: Headlight shuts off after 30 sec...

Hey got a new voltage regulator (I was burning out bulbs and running up to 15v full throttle) and now my headlight works for 30 seconds when I first start up then headlight and instrument lights die. Brights will work however. Turn moped off and on and it'll work again for another 30 sec.....
What the .....?

Did ya check the relay and see if thats ok if it gets wet or gos bad that will happen.
and a short in the wireing will also do that check to see if all the wireing looks ok.
