I brought home a new People 50 this weekend and the clock is working, but it's 2 hours off. The Owner's Manual does not have instructions for setting the clock. Nothing happens when I push either button. I've tried holding down the buttons for a few seconds one at a time, and both at the same time but nothing happens when I do that either.
Does anyone know what is happening? Is my clock broken or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!

W/ the key on Hold both for 6 seconds. will flash 12:00. Left for hours rt. for min. No am/pm, They leave to us to figure. Either that or move east. Good luck w/ the scoot, nice choice

The clock battery has gone out in my 2001 people 50 . Does anyone know how to replace it , details please . Thanks .

In the People 150 forum, someone posted that the Battery is an LR43.
Another per said they had to I'll the instrument cluster to access the battery.
I'll be trying this myself soon.

Just replaced mine today. It is fairly easy once you get the instrument cluster loose. On the back of the cluster there is a flat white piece of plastic with a snap tab. Pop the tab and then use a screwdriver to twist the battery hold down. To reinstall reverse order.

Is it a LR 43 battery as on People 150 stated above.

It was a LR43 on my 2T...

It was a LR43 in my People two. Change it to a SR43 as I was not able to find a LR43 battery around here. Hope it's ok. The clock works fine atleast.
