I have been a reader of this forum for about a year now but have not yet posted. I reside in the UK and have travelled nearly 12,000 miles.
on my 2012 DT300 (had from new since September 2013) I would like to know what effect worn rollers have.
I will post all my improvements at a later date if anyone is interested.
p.s. I am a youngish member (76)

I am sure someone will correct me but I thought warn rollers could get flat spots and gummed up and would not roll as easily, the end result is slower performance and perhaps due to not being at the optimal ratio as much as they should, slightly lower gas mileage.

they will become sliders! Lol!

According to my experience you would have a lower top end speed ,but to be sure if your rollers are really worn out ,you must verify the roller dimensions according to the specs in the service manual ,ie the minimum required size to continue using them .Hope that is of any help ;)

Thanks skinzl. I am quite happy with your answer. I think I will change them tomorrow.
