Title: 2009 kymco 500 questions Help

How much better is a 2009 500,not abs, compared to 2007. Is the FI a lot better MPG,and less worries?
I am looking at a 2009,one owner,5000 miles,in great shape. He is asking $4200.00 I think that's high,only because the KBB is $3065.00, Any info would be thankful.

I'd start $500 under KBB and go from there.
