  I still have several copies of the factory service manual (GTI300) on disc. They are $5.00 (to cover postage and the disc). If anyone is interested contact me at mrmikesdeuce@aol.com.

Is that breaking a copyright law? Or did you get permission to make the copies ?

        Never thought about it. When I bought the scooter, the dealer sold me a copy for $20.00. Just thought I'd help out fellow owners. Not making any profit, just covering my expenses.

Are factory manuals covered in copyright laws? They are every where... you can download them... photocopy them, etc. and I don't think it's illegal.   Copyright laws are there to protect the author and the author's ideas/products that may deprive him of his profits...

     Yes! It's not an owners manual. It's the service manual the dealers mechanics use when you take the scoot in for service. If you plan on doing any maintenance or service work yourself, it's good to have on hand. It has 19 chapters and covers all facets of maintenance for the scooter.

In the early days they were hard to find and mrmike helped us out.
