Title: Need A New Seat
Post by: Aceforever on January 14, 2014, 07:00:14 PM
Hey yall,

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
------
Scooter Model: 2006 Kymco Agility 125cc [REPLACING THE OLD SEAT]
------
As you can, I am growing weary having to always rely on the mechanic service due to a few bad experiences in the past.
So I figured with confidence by ordering a brand new Seat and replacing the old one should be cakes and pies

OK, any suggestions where I can order a new seat? I've currently looking online but not many in OZ at this stage so will have to order overseas as a last resort

Thanks in advance
CHEERS :)

P.S actually, the leather seat covers are tearing apart and was thinking if it is better to replace the whole seat or buy new leather seat covers instead?

Brother, it's a scooter. Buy some black duct tape. Problem solved.

How about re-upholstering?  Check with some local auto upholstery shop. Might be just as cheap to have it re-upholstered. This also gives you the option of changing color and quality of material.

Interesting! Never thought of that before lol. I do have a big tear in the front and a tiny one at the back. I should post a photo(coming soon).

So that's what they call it 'upholstery shop'. I will ring around and see where I can get this done if it's cheaper. I think the idea of using duct tape is way cheaper :D

Awesome, thanks guys I have plenty options now to choose from :)
I will post back on the results.
