I have a 07 agilty its in the shop and has been there for a month now.they gave me the runaround about the warrianty paying for it by kymco now that its torn apart I have no choice to wait for it to be fixed. does it relly take this long for kymco to ok a warrianty on there scoots.

No idea my warranty was voided about a month after I got mine. 40mph just wasn't fast enough.

Approval should be instantanious, unless the dealer is on to a direct cause for your problem not related to the manufacturer. Contact Kymco USA, and plead your case!
