Title: For Sale Kymco Grandvista 250 (All Years) exhaust
Post by: CoreyA on December 26, 2013, 07:40:01 PM
Hey guys, I work for 2wheelspros.com and we got this part in damaged in transit and its just sitting here and needs to go to a new home. It has a VERY small dent on the tip of the muffler as shown in the pics below. Its hardly even noticeable, but we cant sell it as "NEW".  Piece retails for $220.52 from us, but we are asking $150 + shipping in the United States.

Manufacturer: Genuine Kymco Part
Manufacturer Part#: 1830A-KHE7-M30

Warning: I recently bought a muffler/manifold off a 2007 GV 250 after the factory rep said it would fit my 2009 GV 250. It did fit the mounting brackets...but...the manifold was 3/4" too short. I was able to find a welder who cut a 3/4" piece out of my old manifold and welded it into the 2007 manifold.

Also, I see why Kymco eliminated the end cap on later models of the GV: it gets very hot because it is not insulated, connected metal to metal.

Small ding at that location should not be a problem...

Perhaps a week ago I rolled backwards at an angle to the curb to park and heard a 'snick' as the pipe clicked against the tall curb.
