I actually download that a while ago, when I first started to ride.  it's the same as the MSF's motorcycle guide nly with "Scooter" inserted.

A lot good tips for rideing. But wear I live the d.n.v has a shorter test. for a moped license.then a cycle test.
Plus if your over 18 with a driver license you dont need a test. But the safty about rideing is a good thing.
