Why are you reposting (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=10465.msg107455#msg107455) this issue?  Since you apparently lack the aptitude to troubleshoot the problem, return the scooter to where it was serviced.

most likely they tuned it for you in the wormth a a garage. And did not check for cold starts.scoots are hard to tune in the cold.you need to let the bike sit for a while and then restart. try losing up the throtle screw so the carb will close all the way.
it might be geting to much air at idle.

My first scoot was an Agility 50 and it was really cranky to start in the cold. I just jazzed the throttle to keep it running until it got a little self-generated warmth and would finally idle on its own. It would then ride off well and kept going as long as I could stand it. This was in Colorado in the winter!

Well, Ewan. Is that it? Did this get sorted out or get fixed? Is this all we are gonna hear from you?

Well, are you going to tell us how you fixed it?  That's what these forums are for, just in case you're new here.
