Title: '09 Windshield swap.

Does anyone know if the previous years Xciting windshields will fit on the '09? The mountings look the same. I have the shorter smokey windshield, but do a fair amount of highway driving. I'm looking for the taller clear one, but all I keep finding online is the gigantic one from GIVI. If anyone knows where to get one, or would like to trade for my shorter one, let me know. Thanks.

Looked in my manual. I have the 250Ri windshield and I want the 250i version.

I ordered and received the larger givi windshield. I ordered 4 new grommets cause I don't want to switch out the grommets everytime I change out the windshield. I got alot of coaching on the Maxi-scoots forum on how to modify it to fit my xciting. I'm still waiting for the grommets so I haven't put it on yet. When I do I'll let you know how it goes.

I have the 07 with the taller windshield. The shorter 09 windshield fits perfect. So I would think that the 07s windshield would fit the 09.
