took my gti300 out on the expressway for the first time ---the 408 in orlando-- was a little apprehensive about it but....wow! This machine is a beast. I was doing 75 without a shake-very very stable. It was a little windy-but the balance was just awesome. I think I can ride this bike anywhere.

Yes, these scoots really go even at freeway speeds - very stable. And are great for around town too!

I agree, the GT runs good even at higher speeds.
I ran my GT to 95 on the speedo just to see what it would do. Maxed at 95 with my 195 pound butt.
It felt stable all the way up. Would like to know the actual speed as I have heard our speedometers are a little optimistic on the upper end.
I don't make a habit of riding around at 95 mph. Just wanted to see what it had.
I have a hand held GPS but I don`t know how to use it to gauge speed. Besides, my old eyes have trouble focusing on small numbers, especially at high speed.
I know it is fast enough for me.
I have owned a few motorcycles in my lifetime but, the GT is hands down the most fun machine I have ever owned, all things considered.
It is cold, windy, and snowing here. Otherwise I would be on it now.
