Does anyone know where I can the parts to activate and use the Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM)?

does your service manual show anything about the tpm system.,

   yes it is on page 95 section 17-1,  tp0s   1 wire out is vr ,2 wire is vb, 3 wire is gp2,.          vr         go,s to ecu.  input 13,  vb to input 5,   gp2 to input 24,.                                                 see if you can make out that,.   that was the only map of  the tps ,. and does not show wires going to the wheels, it may be part of the abs system to get a read out

  looking at the wiring , the tilt switch is part of the system,  tilt switch wires are bl2 to input 2,. and gp2 wire and vr wire go to tps ,.  then to ecu

  what you need now is a print out of a unit from over seas with ABS,

Yes, mine is my ex-brother-in-law, Bert, hollering, "Hey, your back tire is low there Gumby!" as I race to get away from him and his dogs! He's pretty much wireless, and clueless.
