Dinkelacker! Brewed in Stuttgart, Germany. Very hoppy and crisp. Goes well with brats and sauerkraut. :P

From a very small brewery in Neu-Ulm, Germany - "Schlossle Brauerei"
The husband of a friend of mine works there.
It's not a newish pop-micro place....just one of those little breweries that is a few hundred years old.
Drink this on a hot day and you will see the 'Care Bears'~!
Don't drink and ride! (not an issue here- I drink maybe 2 beers a year) Coming home last Friday night from work, passed a local bar with 6 or 7 Harleys parked in a neat row outside. Sure hope those boys were drinking Pepsi.

Welcome to the KymcoForum, sportriderr. Unfortunately I don't know about Kymco beer. Probably you'll find more in http://www.bierforum.de/ (http://www.bierforum.de/)

Cold!
I prefer ales and pilsners but my go to favorite is Sapporo Reserve, I enjoy sipping any beer except for the very dark or sorry the Belgians which are just too much like drinking a perfumed rose garden. Samuel smiths ale, fullers london porter.

Licher Bier, Liche, Germany
I have a couple of friends in Germany - and they tell me that this is an OK beer BUT that it has a huge following for collectibles with this beer logo - esp. the 1/87th plastic diecast Brekinas ! These things command amazing prices....it is the ONLY beer that has this avid collector following.

Guinness. When I was Ireland I took a tour of the Guiness brewery. Great history. Great beer.

Wet and Cold ;D

I can be a sturburn ass, with that said here's the back story:
As a kid I'd walk past the local bar on my way to school and the exhaust fan would be pumping out that foul smell of warm beer mixed with hot air, the drunks would try and touch the kids as they past by. That is one of several reasons I don't like beer. ANd that is why I don't have a favorite one.

Yes, I think that the memory of drinking Licher Bier may be better than the actual beer, but I still do like it very much. My cousins in Germany took us there for the tour and at the end you get to drink all you want in the bier garden! It was a very good day.
I have several bier glasses from Licher and also a large glass boot and a tray, football, towel and a few other things that I can't remember without getting up to go see. :)

Mine has a nice dark rich body, lots of flavor, makes a nice head, even color with a sweet note, goes down with no bitter aftertaste. I like it bottled or on Draft.

I like all beer :D
I like a good stout, a good octoberfest (or oktoberfest) , a good Mexican beer, good German beer. They're all good! ;D
There is this apple brandy that I love right now. Made here in NC. Lenoir I think.

Sadly bocks and stouts/ darker ales are not that common in the US.
Give me a good stout any day of the week and I'm happy.
-
My favorite beer is the one in my glass :) I'd have to pick a favorite for each style - except lagers and pilsners, those are my least favorite styles.
Stout: Beamish
Porter: Probably Sam Smiths Taddy Porter
Old: Brakspears.
Bitter: Wadworths 6X or Fullers ESB
Ale: Old Speckled Hen
Also, I brew my own :D

I prefer the more obscure craft beers over the mass produced ones. In my opinion the Budweiser type beer is junk. Right now I am really enjoying drinking Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse and Old Rasputin Imperial Stout. Both are amazing beers and I highly recommend them.
In addition I also brew my own beers and enter them in competitions.
