Haven't used the Lucas, but I run 75-90 full synthetic with no problem. I also use a 10-40 full synthetic motor oil in the motor. I live in a central New York climate. I think any of your "brand" name synthetics would be fine. You can buy these oils at any auto supply store.

thanks --I live in florida--pretty hot down here --I guess I'll fire this order off and get the Lucas unless anyone thinks that's a bad idea...

Just for the heck of it check your local parts store. I bought Mobil 1 75-90 at Advance auto for a lot less than $20.00. I believe it's just as good.

I agree with Mr. Mike.  $20 plus shipping is out of normal.
Go to any auto parts store or Wal Mart and get name-brand oil for less than $5.

Scoot safely,

Just bought the "Mobil 1" 75W90 Synthetic - it was $11 out the door from O'reilly's.
The Royal Purple was $22...which gave me a chuckle.
Still smiling, Stig

Any good branded oil is good... it's just a scooter...
