Title: Riding Tests.
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on October 19, 2013, 01:19:00 PM
My son and I were talking last night about our experience with the 2 day safety class and our riding test on the final afternoon. The class was the first class given to civilians on this AirForce base.
I mentioned that the most memorable piece of advice I received from the instructors was: "Don't pee in the shrubbery around here anywhere. The whole place is covered by video cameras!"

"Dadgum~!" ...I thought.

Now that Urbestfriend knows where you are located.  Did you ride your bike to WPAFB
or did you drive and use one of theirs ?   We were just over that way last week.  70 to
675 down to 35, then on to VA.  If I had a 500,  I'd ride the 12 hour trip,  but we took
my BMW X3 ( a mite more comfortable).

Unfortunately, many riders "let their guard down" post-test . . as evidenced by mishap analysis (http://www.modernbuddy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=635&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0).
