Title: License Plate Holder?

So, how is everyone attaching a USA license plate to the rear fender given the holes don't align?

I think Kymco markets a license plate bracket for the Agility. I used 2 mending plates like this to make mine work.

Thanks. There's one other thread here that says the Kymco stock holder doesn't work.

Nobody here is in the US?
