I got mine for an '09 from scooterassassins.com. They are based in Taiwan, close to Kwang Yang and know the models. They have an eBay presence for selling internationally. Give 'em your model year and they will ship you the right one.

The unrestricted CDI from Scooter Assassins works (& shipping is free), and the other one doesn't.
