has anyone had good success removing(Body Side Covers) without breaking them.it'll pee me off if i break them those tabs look fragile any help would be much appreciated ty

remove seat and seat tub, there is 1 screw on each side to take out, and the back end , 4 nuts that hold the rear lights ,. to get to those remove the rear plate under the lights push out from inside with a long screw driver,. an the top plate behind the seat,.to get at the two nuts there then I use a putty knife to pop the clips off,. three on both sides, both sides and the rear light come off in one piece,. it was easyer than the front ,when you slide the section back remove the lights fron the sockets

thanks de i hope im able to do it...if i can find a short stubby philips head screw driver looks like the only way to get those two screws out :(

did you have the clips poped out, and then pry the top of the tail lite tabs off ,. it should slide off easy,.

see that's where im puzzled even on my service book it shows pics but not very good 1's i didn't want to over do it after my surgery so i will tackle it some other day in about 3 weeks done gone almost 2 weeks or will be this tuesday so don't want to do anything to have a set back ...

the two screws are at the front end right over the first clip, wide open,
