Well, will be watching this one with interest as this fellow is selling the world's fastest KYMCO LIKE 200i !
90MPH.

Settle down Stig,

This guy didn't mention any mods or even the engine size.  My guess is that he doesn't know anything about this scoot really. Just like the the brochure that states that our Likes are capable of 70mph, it's an overestimation.  " Yes sir this little baby will get 100 mpg on a down hill run with the engine off and trannie in neutral." Said the used car salesman. Besides, your scoot is way better looking with the chrome and extra back light.  Blue book on our scoots is about $1700. Let us know if he gets his $3K

My guess is he, like MANY others out there, think that the top speed is whatever the top speed on the speedometer is.  I have gotten into SEVERAL arguments with people that had this train of thought.  Just because the speedometer stops at XXX does not mean that is the top speed of the vehicle.
