Title: Custom bars on a PI LIKE

I have seen these on 2 LIKE Club member's scoots in the Philippines.
Are they custom jobs or is a shop fabricating them for resale?
Maybe just the same fellow and is changing seats.

Yep, those are the ones offered here in the States as well, - the Italians have even a different set which I was unable to source here.
