Bet & Win 150 / Should I buy a 2006 Kymco Bet & win 150 for $1400.

Hi,
I live in north jersey and have a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic.
I love riding but the Kawa is too heavy for local roads and to get it in and out of the Garage is a pain.
I like to know: Should I buy a 2006 Kymco Bet & win 150 for $1400.
My main rides with the scooter will be to work 10 minutes every clear day and around town.
