Geez Dedee! Looks like you're riding the snow plow more than the scooter. Sunny and 60 down here in the south today. Snow is a treat here in Georgia. Not so much up there eh?

Been in the 80's here in East Texas. No snow here and been a few years since we saw any. We'd love to get some snow here.

We had a light dusting of snow last week when the wind swung around to the east (i.e. from continental Europe). It's all gone now and with it shifting around to the warmer prevailing west (from the Atlantic) temperatures are moving up from the low to mid 40's to the mid 50's.

It never really gets that warm here though.

Had  five or so ice storms this season... now, snow comes. A foot 4 days ago... two foot BLIZZARD in progress, now, and potential for a foot or more Wed/Thurs.

Anyone want to trade weather ?

Snow storm last Thursday. Public schools closed and the university where I teach was closed until 2:00 PM. My class started at 2:30. Took me two hours to get there by 2 trains and walking. 50-60 mph winds today, so no riding, but I hope to do some tomorrow.

We do not get snow here in Vegas. However, Mount Charleston has seen record snowfall this winter. Even Brianhead and the other resorts close to Vegas have had record snowfall amount.

We had a freakish winter, and had those same weather conditions all through Dec. and Jan. We finally got a few week of above freezing temps and have begun to melt all this white crap off the roads. I've never been so glad to see bare pavement! I finally got the scooter out for a short ride yesterday. Still cold, but I just pretended I was Stig and rode in the windchill anyway. Good luck and a wish for a quick return of Spring to you all.

before I could use the nomar bar ,  I had to down size the rim clamps on the tire machine, to a 8 " rim,   front wheels on the tractor,. when that was done the bar worked like a dream, tire off and on in minutes, all set for the scooter wheels now,.
