sounds like you have a vacuum leak, not much to remove and block off, really won't gain you anything

use some kind of aerosol carb cleaner, with engine running, spray a mist around the vacuum lines, when the engine picks up speed, you have found your leak, also check for gasket leaks at base of carb and manifold

How do i remove all the vacuum lines and what do i need to do and plug off and take off and keep on. I wanna make the bike simple and have it run without going through an entire system just for gravity to already be doing its job by pulling all the gas from the tank down either way. All this is doing is rerouting air from the engine to push fuel through but it makes the bike feel groggy and slow and it doesn’t even want to idle normal.

@devrongrimm welcome here!
First measures in this case should be:
-scoot on mainstand
-brakes pulled and released (stationary brake too)
-try to move rearwheel by hand
-rotates freely, YES/NO

-if NO your rear brakecylinder/disc or hand brake
needs to be revised

-if YES, take off all CVT covers (3) and check whether all moves there properly
-rear alu cover with inserted support bearing stucks sometimes and is hard to remove.

Okay, I'll do this and check the things you mentioned. I'll update once I've checked it.

Miles on your scooter?
Miles since last CVT servicing?
Stig

Haven't done any CVT servicing yet. But the miles is almost at 10k so it is scheduled for PMS.  I would have it checked there since you mention it. I'll update here if the problem has gets fixed.

I know that the newer Corvette with mid engine has better handling dynamics but I still prefer the front rear drive versions.

Sweet wheels.

There was a red one parked right behind this white one.
But nothing clever about his plate.
White ones at dusk, with all the running lights on look like a small parade!

I believe this is one of your countrymen - on a set of Anlas. (found on advrider)

There is a 2nd video of this incident - but, since it is a helmet cam - it has a bit of language. Understandably.

You look all set for getting rowdy in the dirt with your Kymco. (?)

Envious of your mobile tyre fitter!

Good photos!

General Discussion / Re: 2018 Kymco Spade 150 Mods
« Last post by Kymco_Bro on May 17, 2024, 03:06:04 PM »
Well, all mods were complete minus the oil cooler, turns out the oil pump doesn't have enough pressure to get the oil up and through the oil cooler and added filter.

Big bore kit was a tough one and it won't be at it's full potential until I find a bigger fuel injector that fits, the tough part is finding the right size fuel injector that also fits the intake manifold bracket. The Kymco Spade 150 has an 80cc/min fuel injector and according to my math the optimal size with the 175cc big bore kit will be 100-120cc/min flow rate. Finding one that low in the US is a challenge. Been testing a few and they either don't fit or are too high of flow for the ECU to compensate for. But, I am hitting 68 on flat ground and my top gear throttle response has definitely improved so I'll take it.
